In Qvasa, you can tailor your dashboards to meet your needs by adding rows and widgets. Here's how to make it your own.
Steps:
- In edit mode, click "Add Row" to structure your dashboard layout.
- Click "Add widget" then choose from a variety of widgets to display your data.
- Examples include bar charts, donut charts, line charts, and more.
- Click and drop widgets into rows to organize your dashboard.
Widget Types:
-
Quick Stat
Displays a single metric as a number. This can include an optional percentage change compared to a previous time period.
Example Use: Show the number of tickets created today and compare it to yesterday’s count. -
Basic Chart
Visualizes one metric over time. Choose this for straightforward trend analysis.
Example Use: Track the volume of tickets created daily over the past month. -
Combined Basic Chart
Allows multiple basic chart metrics to be charted on a single chart. Ideal for comparing related data points in the same visualization.
Example Use: Compare tickets created and tickets closed over time on the same chart. -
Multi Data Chart
Similar to a basic chart but adds the ability to split data by attributes (like ticket priority, channel, or agent).
Example Use: Show ticket creation trends over time, broken down by channel (email, chat, etc.). -
Donut Chart
Represents data as a percentage distribution at a specific point in time. Available in donut/pie format or as a horizontal bar chart.
Example Use: Visualize the percentage of tickets received by channel (e.g., 50% email, 30% chat, 20% phone). -
Configurable Table (Enterprise-only)
A flexible data table for displaying multiple metrics and attributes in a structured format. Customizable for advanced reporting needs.
Example Use: Create a table showing ticket counts, average handling time, and CSAT scores grouped by agent.
Click and Drop:
Qvasa uses a unique click-and-drop functionality to reorganize widgets on your dashboard. Unlike drag-and-drop, this feature ensures an easier and more precise way to rearrange widgets, especially for users with accessibility needs or those managing complex dashboards.
To get started click on the ⠇⠇⠇⠇⠇⠇ icon and release - no need to hold it down.
From here you will see the drop zones get highlighted in blue around the dashboard
Hover over the drop zone where you want to drop your widget. The drop zone will get highlighted in dark blue. From here you can click the drop zone and your widget will relocate to the new location.
Thats it! You have successfully moved a widget using click and drop.
