Qvasa allows you to share dashboards externally with individuals who do not have a Qvasa account. This feature enables streamlined collaboration while maintaining secure access to your data. Follow the steps below to create, manage, and share dashboards using externally shareable links.
Steps to Create and Share a Dashboard Link

Go into Edit Mode
- Navigate to the dashboard you want to share and enter Edit Mode.

Open Access Controls
- Click the "Manage Access Controls" button. This will take you to the Dashboard Access Page.
- Click the "Manage Access Controls" button. This will take you to the Dashboard Access Page.

Create a Shareable Link
- Scroll to the bottom of the Dashboard Access Page.
- Click the "+ Create Shareable Link" button.

Generate the Link
- After clicking the button, a new row will appear under the "Externally Shareable Dashboard Links" section of the page.
- This row will include the generated link for sharing and its corresponding Shareable Code (PIN).

Copy the Link
- Use the "Copy Link" button on the new row to copy the URL for sharing.

Share the Link and PIN
- Share the copied link and the Shareable Code (PIN) with the intended recipients. The PIN acts as a password for accessing the dashboard securely.
Important Notes

Deleting External Links
- To revoke access, return to the Dashboard Access Page.
- Locate the link under the "Externally Shareable Dashboard Links" section and click "Destroy" to delete it.
- Once deleted, the link becomes invalid immediately.

Validity
- External dashboard links remain active until you delete them.

Access Scope
- Recipients of the shareable link will only have access to the specific dashboard you shared. They will not have visibility into other dashboards.

Limited Features
- Drill-in capabilities are not available for externally shareable dashboards.
